RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to sanitary purposes, our nails are non-refundable!
It is our ultimate goal to ensure our customers are happy so inquires are handled on a case by case basis. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.
Once you have completed your payment. We begin creating your nails/order in the timeframe given (7-21 days).
The only time a refund will be issued is in the event we can not complete your order due to illness, personal reasons, etc.
DEFECTS:
We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is packaged carefully ensuring no damage to the product. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at phreshoffthebrush@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. In the event this does occur, a replacement set will be issued.
