Returns and Exchanges

Phreshoffthebrush press on nail sets are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to health and safety standards. If you experience any defective product or shipping issues please email us at phreshoffthebrush@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a detailed description of the issue, order number, and a clear photo of the defective product. We ensure each set meets our quality standards before shipping. Phreshoffthebrush is not responsible for any set that has been damaged while under the customer's care.

Your Obligations and Responsibilities

In the access or use of this site, you shall comply with the Terms and Conditions and the special warning or instructions for access or use posted on this site. You shall always act in accordance with the law, custom, and in good faith. You may not make any change or alteration to the Site or any content or services that may appear on the site and may not impair in any way the integrity or operation of this site. Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions. If you default negligently or willfully in any of the obligations set for in these terms and conditions, you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Phreshoffthebrush, our affiliates, partners, or licensors.

You may choose to order at our site if you are over thirteen (13) years of age. Do not order on the site if you are not over the age of thirteen (13). You are responsible for keeping the information you choose to enter on our site current, complete, accurate, and truthful. If you are using the site on someone else's behalf, you represent that you the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent, you do not have such authority you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept the liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the site or content resulting from such access or use. 

We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion that it would be in Phreshoffthebrush's best interest to do so.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 20 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.   • Phreshoffthebrush takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party
  • by using the promoted HASHTAG, you agree that Phreshoffthebrush can use your post and content as a submission under its online Terms and Conditions
