Shipping & Processing Time

 

Processing:

All orders can take up to 3-6 weeks to complete. This is an estimate, it could be sooner or later depending on volume of orders. All press-on nails are hand-painted and do not exist until the order is placed. Thank you for being patient as we provide you with the best possible product

Processing time is separate from shipping speed. You are able to pay for priority shipping at checkout however this only affects how fast your order gets to you once shipped.

USPS is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Please visit their website for more information.

Once processed and shipped, US Shipping may take as long as 1-2 weeks, international shipping will vary. Once ready to ship, all orders will be updated with a tracking number. Phreshoffthebrush is not liable for stolen or lost packages. Once shipped, customers should contact USPS about shipping information. Please be sure your package is being sent to a secure location. We do not require a signature for USPS deliveries.

Paying for fast shipping at checkout has no effect on processing time.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
